Production Time

All items are made to order. Once your order is placed, it typically takes 1-4 business days to complete production. Since each item is made just for you, production time may vary depending on order volume or product customization. We’re committed to delivering the best quality, so please allow up to 4 business days for production.

Need it by a specific date? If you have a deadline, just let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.


Shipping Time

Transit time is separate from production time and depends on the shipping method you select at checkout. Here are the typical delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Please note that transit times may be affected by factors outside our control, such as weather conditions or delays from the carrier.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping notification via email with tracking information, so you can easily track your package’s journey to you!


Shipping Options

Domestic Shipping (U.S. Orders):

  • First Class Mail / Ground Advantage: ETA of 3-6 business days.
  • If you’d like to upgrade, we offer:
    • Priority Mail ($9) – ETA of 2-3 business days
    • Express Mail ($28) – Guaranteed 2 business days, requires signature

International Shipping:

  • First Class International Mail: ETA of 7 business days to 6 weeks depending on customs processing.
  • International packages cannot be tracked beyond the U.S., but I will provide a form number upon shipment that can be used to track your package within the U.S. postal system.

Customs Duties & Fees (For International Customers)

International customers are responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or other fees that their country may charge. I must declare the full value of the items on the customs form, and it is illegal for me to falsify this information.

United Kingdom Customers: Please note that shipments to the UK valued up to £150 may be subject to import VAT. You can find more information on the Royal Mail Customs Information page.


Insurance for U.S. Orders

I recommend adding shipping insurance for U.S. orders to cover potential loss, theft, or damage during transit. Here are the insurance rates:

  • $1.75 for purchases up to $50
  • $2.25 for purchases between $50.01 - $100
  • $2.75 for purchases between $100.01 - $200

If you’d like to add insurance, just send me a message before purchasing, and I’ll adjust your order accordingly.


Returns & Exchanges

I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely happy, I offer returns and exchanges on unopened and unused items within 14 days of receiving your order. Please review the full details below:

  • Returns/Exchanges must be initiated within 2 weeks of delivery unless there’s an error on my part.
  • No returns on custom or personalized orders unless there’s an error on my end.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Return/Exchange:
Please message me within 72 hours of delivery if you’re not satisfied, and we’ll work together to make it right. Once I receive the returned item, I’ll process the refund (minus shipping).

Refunds will be issued via your original payment method.
